“This book has helped me to progress faster than I ever thought possible. I no longer feel controlled by my anxiety.” - Andrea S.
ABOUT THE BOOK
The Anxiety Encyclopedia is the first book to bridge the gap between how we think and how we feel - explaining how our worrying causes a physical reaction throughout our body that results in the uncomfortable anxious symptoms we have come to know and hate.
By utilizing this model, readers will learn how to return a baseline state, leaving all of these symptoms and behaviors behind.
This book is the culmination of years trial and error. Through many unsuccessful clinical therapies, countless hours of introspection, and the shared experiences of anxiety sufferers around the world, what lies within is a unique solution that goes beyond merely managing the symptoms of anxiety by addressing the root cause behind them.
With so much conflicting information surrounding the topic of anxiety, The Anxiety Encyclopedia aims to be a refined, easily-accessible resource for both anxiety sufferers and mental health professionals alike. Rather than struggling through your own journey of trial and error, learn about the new approach to curbing anxious symptoms and excessive worrying.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
After a decade of struggling with anxious symptoms and conscious worrying, Jotham Sadan finally sought treatment. But after consulting with psychiatrists and therapists and being given half-solutions - medication that only dulled symptoms and talk therapy that was too nebulous to produce tangible results - he began looking for his own answers.
Through years of trial and error and critical analysis of all available research on the subject, he came up with a new model for anxiety - a model that finally paints a full picture of what’s going on and why.
After helping countless others through his methods, he put his findings in a book so that new readers could make the same transformation he made: from daily panic and constant worrying - from just managing the symptoms - to a lasting solution that led him all the way back to baseline.
